The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 25d, line 20, after the word “eligibility”, by inserting the following:

Provided, That the student does not turn 15 before their eighth grad sports season, nor 19 before their twelfth grade sprots season; Provided further, That the student is attending the same member school as he or she attended the 2020-2021 school year.

And

On page 2, section 25d, after line 27, by inserting the following subsection:

(e) This section, §18-2-25d, will expire on July 1, 2022.
